Allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Michelle, and I have over 30 years’ experience in the Health and Wellbeing industry including having my own exercise classes, an exercise instructor and beauty therapist at a health spa, a tutor in further education, and for the last 20 plus years running my own Remedial and Sports Massage Therapy Clinic, which is based in Hankelow; situated between Nantwich and Audlem.

It has always been my dearest passion and belief to give people TIME. When someone is having a treatment, they should never feel rushed as if they are on a conveyor belt and just a number. They should feel relaxed, valued and listened to. This is why if someone books in for a 60-minute treatment, I treat them for 60 minutes; making the session approximately 1 hour 25 minutes long. This gives the opportunity for someone to just “Be”. It is YOUR time.

We all have periods of time in our life which are extremely difficult to cope with; bereavement, illness, relationship break ups etc. To me it shouldn’t just be a person just having a massage, but emotional as well as physical healing.
